Process Design Specialist

Job Summary

To deliver the ProfitCoach Experience, the full-time remote Process Design Assistant will design, implement, monitor, and improve property management processes for multiple clients while ensuring efficiency and alignment with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design processes for core property management operations and implement them within workflow automation software
• Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimize them according to PM Ops Standards and best practices
• Own process documentation by creating and maintaining SOPs and translating processes into visual diagrams for team alignment

Required Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of workflow software processes and systems
• Proficiency in workflow design and no-code process automation tools, preferably Zapier
• Experience with property management software such as LeadSimple, Aptly, and Appfolio is preferred
• Aptitude for project management, including planning, execution, and documentation
• Excitement about the process of continuous improvement and innovation in property management
