Job Summary
Driving AI and ML-enabled process transformation, the full-time remote Process Development Specialist will lead projects focused on data quality and operational excellence while collaborating with global stakeholders across various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead AI and ML-driven initiatives to enhance data quality and operational efficiency
- Design and implement solutions that optimize SIRVAL/GRFE processes
- Coordinate UAT, deployment, and adoption of new tools and processes
Required qualifications
- Advanced English proficiency in speaking and writing
- Analytical thinking and foundational programming skills (e.g., Python or R)
- Basic SQL knowledge for querying and analyzing data
- Familiarity with AI concepts, including generative AI and AI output validation
- Experience with GRFE/SIRVAL processes and proven project management skills
