Process Engineer I

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and collaborative Process Engineer I, Data and Knowledge Management to work remotely in a full-time capacity, this role will ensure the integrity, accessibility, and effective use of data and knowledge assets across the organization, executing component-level analysis critical to process development, regulatory, and operational activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess process trends and discrepancies, applying engineering principles to evaluate process improvements and product quality attributes
• Acquire and integrate manufacturing process data, developing workflows that preserve data accuracy and integrity for regulatory submissions
• Develop systems to capture organizational knowledge and promote a knowledge-sharing culture across technical and operational functions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• 8+ years of relevant experience in biopharmaceutical process engineering or related fields, including 3 years in the life sciences or biotechnology industry
• Experience leading data governance and knowledge sharing initiatives in a regulated environment
• Strong technical communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering, scientific, and manufacturing teams
• Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, Veeva Vault, Confluence, Tableau, and SQL
