Process Improvement Analyst
Job Summary
Partnering with senior leaders across various departments, the full-time Process Improvement Analyst will analyze and implement process enhancements remotely, focusing on operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze existing systems and operational procedures to identify opportunities for process improvement through redesign, AI, and automation
- Lead discovery conversations and conduct gap analyses to recommend solutions aligned with business needs
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams to deliver business goals, facilitating User Acceptance Testing and stakeholder alignment
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in leading process analysis and improvement initiatives in a cross-functional environment
- Experience designing and documenting process maps, workflows, and business requirements
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Familiarity with AI tools for streamlining business processes
- Experience in the SaaS industry, particularly in Business Process Management or Project Management
