Process Improvement Analyst
Job Summary
Partnering with senior leaders, the full-time remote Process Improvement Analyst will analyze and implement process improvements across the organization, focusing on enhancing business performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze existing systems and operational procedures to identify opportunities for process redesign, AI, and automation
- Lead discovery conversations and conduct gap analyses to recommend solutions aligned with business needs
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams and facilitate User Acceptance Testing to ensure successful implementation of initiatives
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in leading process analysis and improvement initiatives in a cross-functional environment
- Strong skills in designing and documenting process maps, workflows, and business requirements
- Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline business processes
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, Service Cloud, and Kantata
- Background in the SaaS industry, particularly in Business Process Management or Project Management
