Job Summary
To support operational excellence in financial services construction programs, the full-time Process Improvement Consultant will analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency
- Facilitate process mapping, workflow analysis, and improvement workshops
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to measure improvement effectiveness and benefits realization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, operational excellence, or consulting
- Experience with construction project management programs, particularly in financial services

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, PMP, or equivalent certification preferred
