Process Improvement Consultant

Job Summary

To support operational excellence and business transformation initiatives, the full-time Process Improvement Consultant will analyze current business processes, facilitate improvement workshops, and develop initiatives for a financial services client's facility construction programs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency
• Facilitate process mapping and workflow analysis workshops to enhance performance
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or operational excellence
• Experience with construction project management programs, particularly in financial services
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process improvement frameworks preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Visio
