Process Improvement Engineer
Job Summary
To optimize Courtyard's vault and logistics network operations at scale, the full-time Process Improvement Engineer will design workflows, facility layouts, and labor models while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance throughput and reduce costs in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Engineer end-to-end workflows to improve throughput, accuracy, and labor efficiency across logistics operations
- Develop labor standards and capacity models tied to volume forecasts while designing warehouse layouts and material flow
- Lead operational design for new facility launches and evaluate automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement engineering, industrial engineering, or logistics engineering
- Hands-on experience in fulfillment centers, warehouses, or logistics networks
- Strong foundation in process engineering, workflow design, and operational modeling
- Experience with warehouse systems, automation, or facility design is preferred
- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels, translating requirements into technical specifications
