Job Summary
Supporting the Case Processing Operation Center, the entry-level Process Improvement Specialist will analyze data and workflows, create tools for process optimization, and collaborate with department leaders to enhance efficiency in a mostly remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Operations and department leaders to improve and optimize work systems
- Analyze data and processes to identify areas for improvement and develop alternate workflows
- Create tools and methods to resolve issues with case items and enhance quality and accuracy
Required qualifications
- Experience coding in Visual Basic within Microsoft Access/Excel
- Ability to interpret and analyze data
- U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements
- Must pass a government background investigation
- Experience with database management, Python, and C++ is preferred
