Process Safety Management Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Process Safety Management program across multiple manufacturing sites, the full-time salaried Process Safety Management Manager will provide strategic oversight, ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations, and foster a culture of safety while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-level leadership and governance for the Process Safety Management and Risk Management Plan programs
• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized PSM policies, procedures, tools, and metrics to drive compliance and improvement
• Oversee Process Hazard Analyses and Management of Change programs to ensure technical rigor and timely action closure

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Safety Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 7-9 years of experience in Process Safety Management within covered manufacturing facilities
• 7-9 years of multi-site or enterprise-level PSM program leadership experience
• Expert knowledge of OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, and risk-based process safety management
• Strong ability to assess and prioritize process safety risks across multiple sites
