Process Server Performance Specialist
Job Summary
Owning the performance of the process server network, the remote Process Server Performance Specialist will identify underperforming servers, provide coaching and support, and ensure alignment with performance expectations in a full-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support, training, and education to underperforming process servers based on key metrics
- Communicate directly with process servers to offer coaching and meaningful feedback while resolving any blockers
- Set clear expectations and hold servers accountable to improve performance and engagement
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in training and/or coaching
- High school diploma or GED required
- Familiarity with legal processes is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to analyze processes and make recommendations for improvements
