Processing Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Processing Analyst will execute data processing workflows, support process initiatives, and train team members while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency from Sunday to Thursday, 10 PM PST to 6:30 AM PST.

Key responsibilities

• Execute data processing workflows using Nuix, RelativityOne, and other tools while ensuring adherence to best practices
• Train new and current team members on department processes and recommend improvements for workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with project managers and technical stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and support project goals

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4-6 years of experience in an eDiscovery environment or similar technical roles
• Familiarity with litigation support and eDiscovery applications such as Nuix and Relativity
• Understanding of automated processing workflows and the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications
