Job Summary
Working in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, the full-time Processing Associate will wash, sort, and pack pasture-raised eggs while adhering to safety and quality standards during 12-hour day shifts in Springfield, Missouri.
Key responsibilities:
- Operate machines and robots for loading, sorting, and packing eggs
- Maintain sanitary conditions for optimal food production and conduct quality checks
- Inspect supplies and equipment, and operate powered jacks to move products within the warehouse
Required qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in an industrial or similarly structured environment
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 60 lbs
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and division
- Commitment to following safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English for safety and food quality purposes
