Job Summary
To support financial operations, the full-time remote Processing Controller will manage incoming and outgoing client payments, perform daily reconciliations, and investigate discrepancies across multiple legal entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process client payments and maintain accurate balance records in internal dashboards
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve operational issues with banks and payment providers
- Collaborate with the Compliance team on bank-related requests and assist with bank statement reconciliation
Required Qualifications:
- Education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Experience with international payment systems: SEPA, FPS, FedWire, SWIFT
- Understanding of card payment flows and transaction processing
- Good working knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency or solid intermediate, depending on other strengths
