Processing Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Processing Specialist will process client data, execute data processing workflows using various tools, and manage job requests while ensuring adherence to best practices and quality targets.

Key responsibilities:

• Process client data according to technical specifications and industry best practices
• Execute data processing workflows using Nuix, Relativity One, and other tools, including quality control and data validation
• Manage queued job requests and provide status updates to project stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Combination of at least two of the following: Associate's or Bachelor's degree, relevant experience, or certifications
• 1-2 years of experience in an e-discovery environment or similar technical work
• Working knowledge of litigation support and eDiscovery software applications, preferably Nuix and Relativity
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications and experience working with databases
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and collaborate in a cross-functional team
