Procure-to-Pay Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting day-to-day operations in a remote capacity, the full-time Procure-to-Pay Analyst will manage vendor master records, assist with 1099 reporting processes, and resolve supplier inquiries while ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and validate vendor master records and payment files to ensure data integrity
• Research and resolve supplier and internal customer inquiries, including invoice exceptions and payment discrepancies
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance procurement operations and supplier experiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 1 year of related work experience, or 5 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong understanding of SAP Ariba, Maximo, PeopleSoft, and CAPS
• Proven analytical skills with experience in data analysis and root cause investigation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
