Procure-to-Pay Software Support Specialist

Job Summary

Providing day-to-day support for platform configuration and system administration, the full-time remote Procure-to-Pay Software Support Specialist will assist with purchasing, invoicing, and payment processing systems while maintaining transaction data integrity and troubleshooting assigned systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with configuration and maintenance of P2P technology platforms and provide ongoing training on these systems
• Maintain purchasing and payment data integrity across P2P platforms and accounting systems to ensure compliance
• Provide ongoing platform support by managing the Help Desk queue and responding to technical tickets and inquiries

Required Qualifications

• College degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior experience in procurement systems or P2P technology preferred, but not required
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management tools
• Basic mathematical skills necessary for financial records and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple ongoing system support requests
