Procurement Analyst

Job Summary

Leading a team of procurement professionals in a hybrid work environment, the full-time Procurement Analyst will manage cradle-to-grave procurement activities, ensuring compliance and optimizing supplier performance while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily procurement operations and manage proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract awards
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal teams to achieve operational excellence
• Coordinate supply chain strategies and resolve technical issues by leveraging organizational capabilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline and 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in government contracting
• Ability to obtain up to $1M Delegation of Authority (DOA) approval
• Familiarity with Aerospace & Defense industry regulations, including FAR and DFAR
• Experience in developing category/commodity strategies across Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, and Mechanical technologies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
