Job Summary
To support the Department of Transportation's Federal Transit Administration Procurement System Review program, the full-time remote Procurement Analyst will conduct oversight reviews, lead technical assistance tasks, and develop training content in compliance with FTA policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement reviews to ensure proper spending of federal funds and strengthen recipient procurement practices
- Prepare for reviews by building information request packages and verifying recipient documentation
- Author clear review reports and maintain complete records in the FTA's oversight system
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience
- Strong analytical, writing, training, and presentation skills
- Ability to identify risks and explain complex requirements to non-expert audiences
