Job Summary
Leading procurement activities for specialized materials and services, the full-time Procurement Analyst will develop purchase orders, negotiate with suppliers, and execute sourcing strategies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Procure materials, equipment, and services based on program-specific requirements and specifications
- Develop and manage purchase orders, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and maintaining supplier relationships
- Analyze data and advise management on contractual rights and obligations, negotiating terms and conditions as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of work experience or Associates Degree and 8 years of work experience in a relevant field
- Experience in a large multifaceted electronic manufacturing environment
- Extensive sourcing experience with PCBs, PCBAs, and mechanical components
- Familiarity with the defense aerospace industry and related regulations
- Proficient in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
