Procurement and Insurance Manager

Job Summary

Owning day-to-day procurement and insurance operations, the full-time remote Procurement and Insurance Manager will lead vendor renewals and commercial negotiations, manage insurance renewals, and maintain accurate records while providing Finance with visibility into cost and risk.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a renewal calendar for vendor agreements and insurance policies, ensuring timely decisions on renewals and expirations
• Lead negotiations with vendors to improve pricing, terms, and commitments based on usage and spend data
• Maintain accurate procurement and insurance records, reporting on renewals, negotiations, savings, costs, and coverage risks

Required qualifications

• Direct experience negotiating commercial agreements with vendors
• Hands-on procurement experience with renewals and reviewing commercial agreements
• Working knowledge of commercial insurance and ability to read policy documents
• Advanced spreadsheet and analytical skills for cost comparison and data tracking
• Experience using AI tools to support procurement and insurance processes
