Job Summary
As a key player in a remote full-time role, the Procurement and Sourcing Manager will lead negotiations with vendors on technology spend, manage commercial outcomes, and collaborate cross-functionally to support OnePay's growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end negotiations with vendors, including benchmarking and final terms
- Structure deals that encompass renewal uplift caps, usage mechanics, and termination rights
- Build and implement AI-assisted sourcing workflows for improved efficiency and data utilization
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of strategic sourcing or vendor negotiation experience in a high-growth tech or fintech environment
- Proven track record of negotiating significant software, SaaS, or cloud agreements
- Strong understanding of commercial contract terms and experience marking them up with legal
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and fluency in their application for sourcing tasks
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management
