Procurement Category Manager
Job Summary
Supporting the execution of fiber and telecom infrastructure supply chain programs, the remote Procurement Category Manager will manage supplier capacity, track critical deliveries, and coordinate cross-functional communications to ensure alignment with deployment schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Manage supplier capacity and track critical deliveries for fiber and telecom infrastructure projects
- Monitor project demand and maintain demand/capacity forecasts, reporting, and dashboards for executive visibility
- Analyze supplier performance and technical data to support process improvements and mitigate delivery risks
Required qualifications
- 8-10 years of finance-related experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, project coordination, or telecommunications infrastructure
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI for reporting and dashboard maintenance
- Experience in tracking demand and capacity and monitoring supplier performance
- Knowledge of applicable purchasing laws and regulations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
