Procurement Contracts Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Procurement Contracts Manager to manage the end-to-end vendor lifecycle in a full-time remote role, focusing on procurement, vendor selection, negotiation, and contract administration for a technology company in the aerospace and defense industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement and contracting process for inbound vendor relationships, from intake through execution and renewal
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, conduct vendor evaluations, and assist with vendor selection processes
• Negotiate and administer vendor agreements, ensuring compliance with company standards and managing associated risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, contracts management, or strategic sourcing, preferably in software or professional services
• Demonstrated experience in vendor selection processes, including RFPs and contract negotiations
• Familiarity with technology contract terms such as software licensing and SaaS agreements
• Hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management platforms, preferably LinkSquares
