Contract Management Supplier Management Sourcing RFP Activity

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Coordinator to support client account procurement operations and supplier management in facility management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop bid packages and facilitate RFP activities, including supplier coordination and site tours
  • Manage supplier onboarding, audits, and contract preparation to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Research and analyze the supply base for diverse suppliers and maintain organized records for sourcing events
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree is a plus
  • Two or more years of experience in Facilities Management or Indirect Procurement
  • Knowledge of legal aspects of contracts and ability to prepare amendments
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations
  • Understanding of Strategic Sourcing processes and e-tools for contract management
