Job Summary
Designing and implementing procurement strategies, the full-time Procurement Director will manage the end-to-end source-to-pay process, including vendor management and contract negotiation, in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement procurement strategy, policies, and operating procedures
- Own the full source-to-pay lifecycle, including sourcing, RFP/RFQ management, and vendor onboarding
- Build and manage a vendor/supplier management program, including performance scorecards and risk assessment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive procurement/sourcing experience
- Strong contract negotiation and vendor management skills
- Experience with procurement/P2P systems
- Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth environment
