Procurement Director

Job Summary

To drive procurement strategy and supplier management, the full-time Corporate Director of Procurement & Spend Management will oversee supplier relationships, manage procurement programs, and utilize analytics to optimize spend while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and vendor management processes, ensuring compliance and competitive advantage
• Manage the procure-to-pay process within Coupa, driving supplier onboarding and process improvements
• Track and report savings and supplier performance, communicating results to leadership and advancing responsible sourcing initiatives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience, with at least 3 years in hotel operations
• Experience with Procure to Pay platforms, including supplier onboarding and catalog management
• Proven track record in managing procurement programs and delivering measurable savings
• Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with major hotel brands and suppliers
• Demonstrated responsibility for enterprise sourcing initiatives and contract management
