Procurement Lead

Job Summary

As the first full-time Procurement Lead, this remote position will manage the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor negotiations, planning renewals, and collaborating with budget owners to optimize company-wide spending.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the procurement process, managing stakeholders, requests, and vendor onboardings
• Lead vendor management and renewal calendar, assessing usage and identifying opportunities for savings and optimization
• Partner with budget owners to negotiate contracts and tools, benchmark pricing, and create forecasts for deal structures

Required qualifications

• 4-7+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment
• Strong track record of leading complex commercial negotiations across SaaS and services contracts
• Experience in building and optimizing procurement policies, processes, and tools, including automation
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting commercial contracts and order forms
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in Excel, model-building, and forecasting
