Procurement Leader

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Procurement and Sourcing Leader, the successful candidate will establish and lead the sourcing function for the Project & Development Services team in construction, focusing on developing scalable processes for competitive bidding and vendor management across North and South America.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement sourcing processes that comply with contractual obligations and manage 150-500 sourcing events annually
• Build and maintain a comprehensive vendor library and establish vendor performance evaluation frameworks
• Serve as the primary liaison with client procurement teams, developing standardized reporting tools and maintaining transparency in sourcing activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive procurement or sourcing experience, preferably in construction or corporate real estate
• Proven track record managing high-volume sourcing operations with process discipline
• Deep knowledge of construction trades, subcontracting practices, and vendor management
• Proficiency in procurement software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
