Procurement Manager

Job Summary

To support the development and execution of a renewables procurement platform, the full-time Procurement Manager will drive sourcing strategies, manage vendor relationships, and negotiate complex agreements while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing activities for battery energy storage systems (BESS) and solar equipment, including vendor evaluation and contract execution
• Build and maintain key vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with company objectives and providing subject matter expertise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and negotiate project transactions and enhance procurement efficiency initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of procurement experience, with at least three years in utility-scale renewables or high-voltage procurement
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to engage in technical discussions with suppliers and stakeholders
• Experience in executing EPC and supply contracts within the renewable energy sector
• Solid understanding of utility-scale renewable energy project development and U.S. power markets
