Procurement Operations Leader

Job Summary

To support the building and scaling of a modern procurement organization, the full-time remote Procurement Operations Leader will manage the evolution of procurement processes, governance structures, and technology integration to enhance operational excellence and value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve procurement operating procedures and workflows to streamline processes across sourcing, contracting, and supplier management
• Lead procurement transformation initiatives, establishing key performance indicators and managing implementation roadmaps aligned with enterprise priorities
• Serve as a functional lead for procurement technology, partnering with various departments to enhance user experience and data quality while identifying automation opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, with 5+ years in Procurement Operations or related fields
• Proven experience in designing and improving business processes, workflows, and technology-enabled capabilities
• Strong analytical and project management skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and procurement workflow platforms
• Ability to independently map processes, analyze operational data, and develop executive-level presentations
• Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments with the flexibility to contribute beyond traditional functional boundaries
