Procurement Operations Leader

Job Summary

To support the building and scaling of a modern procurement organization, the full-time remote Procurement Operations Leader will manage the evolution of procurement processes, governance structures, and technology capabilities to enhance operational excellence and value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve procurement operating procedures, workflows, and governance structures
• Lead procurement transformation initiatives, establishing key performance indicators and managing implementation roadmaps
• Serve as a business owner for procurement technology, partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and data quality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience with 5+ years in Procurement Operations or related fields
• Experience in designing and improving business processes, workflows, and technology-enabled capabilities
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and procurement workflow platforms
• Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and contribute beyond traditional functional boundaries
