Procurement Senior Manager

Job Summary

Leading procurement initiatives, the full-time Procurement Senior Manager will source, negotiate, and manage service providers for outsourced services while developing complex procurement strategies in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee team activities, including training, performance evaluations, and recruitment of new staff
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts while collaborating with stakeholders to execute procurement strategies
• Conduct market analysis and develop category-level sourcing strategies to drive cost reduction and efficiencies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or contract management, ideally in life sciences or facilities management
• C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. certifications preferred
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, Excel, and Power BI for reporting and analytics
• Experience leading contract transitions and managing supplier relationships
• Strong analytical skills to benchmark spend and present findings to stakeholders
