Procurement Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

Owning sourcing and negotiation for multiple spend categories, the full-time Procurement Sourcing Specialist will guide requests through the procurement process, analyze spend data for savings opportunities, and collaborate with various internal stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead vendor negotiations and manage competitive sourcing events, preparing benchmarks and documentation for outcomes
• Shepherd purchase requests through the intake-to-pay process, coordinating with Legal, IT, and Finance for contract and vendor management
• Analyze purchasing data to identify consolidation opportunities and maintain reporting on savings and spend management

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of sourcing, procurement, or strategic purchasing experience with vendor negotiation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong finance fundamentals and ability to analyze spend data
• Experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS company is preferred
• Familiarity with procurement tools and contract terms related to third-party risk
