Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting procurement and contract execution activities for the Stibnite Gold Project, the full-time remote Procurement Specialist will manage procurement packages throughout their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project objectives and protecting Owner interests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement packages from sourcing and evaluation through negotiation, contract administration, and close-out
• Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers and contractors, ensuring alignment with project requirements and risk management
• Conduct detailed reviews of procurement documentation and maintain accurate records throughout the procurement lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered
• Minimum 8 years of progressive procurement, contracts, commercial, or supply chain experience in industrial or major capital projects
• At least 5 years of experience managing procurement packages through pre-award and post-award phases
• Strong understanding of commercial contracting principles and procurement lifecycle management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and procurement reporting tools
