Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

To support procurement operations, the full-time remote Procurement Specialist will manage the processing of purchase orders for medical supplies and equipment, provide consultation on purchasing policies, and collaborate with internal customers on complex purchases.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase orders for general and specialized medical supplies and equipment
• Consult with internal customers regarding Purchasing Operations and ERP system policies
• Provide guidance on product options, order status, and pricing for complex purchases

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher (preferred)
• 3 years of experience as a healthcare purchasing agent (required)
• 3 years of experience with Healthcare Procurement Software Systems/ERP (required)
