Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Procurement Specialist, the successful candidate will manage the full procurement process, including developing tender documents, interfacing with clients, and overseeing contract negotiations, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process from tender development to contract documentation and tracking
• Interface with clients and consultants throughout all project stages, including RFP issuance and clarifications
• Ensure compliance with SOX control responsibilities and maintain strong collaboration and negotiation efforts

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of procurement or commercial experience in utility-scale solar, wind, or BESS, including EPC or BOP contracting
• Demonstrated experience in running competitive RFPs, bid leveling, and contract negotiation for construction scopes
• Working knowledge of HV interconnection, civil, and site preparation scopes, and plant EPC interface management
• Strongly preferred experience with ECI, PCSA, and unit rate and quantity true-up structures
• Knowledge of local and regional civil and clearing contractors in active markets is a plus
