Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

Owning procurement activities across multiple programs, the full-time remote Procurement Specialist will manage supplier relationships, oversee purchase order issuance, and drive cost analysis and negotiations while supporting new product introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders and supplier relationships to meet production schedules
• Conduct cost analysis and execute negotiation strategies to drive cost reductions
• Support new product introductions by ensuring material readiness and tracking critical components

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in global procurement or supply chain roles within a hardware or manufacturing environment
• Technical knowledge of mechatronic system components, including metals and injection molding
• Familiarity with product development lifecycles and design change control processes
• Experience with ERP systems for purchase order management; NetSuite experience is a plus
• Exceptional Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
