Job Summary
To support a growing dermatology and aesthetic practice, the full-time remote Procurement Support Specialist will manage the procurement process for medical supplies, equipment, and services while ensuring timely availability and cost-effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Source and purchase medical supplies, aesthetic injectables, and skincare products while maintaining supplier relationships
- Utilize the Procure to Pay system and ensure compliance with electronic medical records
- Monitor inventory levels and product expiration, implementing new procurement systems and processes as needed
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a dermatology or aesthetic practice
- Familiarity with aesthetic injectables and medical supplies
- Experience with Procure to Pay platforms, such as Coupa, is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong collaboration skills and sound judgment in decision-making
