Procurement Systems Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Procurement Systems Specialist consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and provide feedback on procurement systems activities, identifying issues and coordinating solutions
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and SharePoint lists for the Procurement Department
- Assist in testing ERP program enhancements and provide training on procurement system procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, procurement/supply management, or a related field
- Five years of experience in administrative, procurement, or financial systems
- Fluency in Spanish or English, with working knowledge of the other; knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to utilize software programs such as Microsoft Office and database management tools
- Training in administrative systems is a plus
