Procurement Transformation Manager

Job Summary

Passionate about transforming business processes, the full-time remote Procurement Transformation Manager (CEMI) will lead strategic initiatives to modernize procurement operations, enhance supplier engagement, and streamline processes across Cornell University and Weill Cornell Medicine.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex procurement modernization projects supporting the Cornell Experience Modernization Initiative (CEMI)
• Drive supplier agreement harmonization and manage strategic sourcing and contracting efforts
• Develop and implement communication, training, and change management plans to foster stakeholder engagement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or related business operations
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage strategic supplier relationships and negotiate complex agreements
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management
