Job Summary
To support a core engineering team, the temporary Producer 2 will manage project execution and team operations remotely while working PST hours, facilitating sprint ceremonies, coordinating feature delivery schedules, and tracking project risks and dependencies.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint planning and track team velocity to maintain project momentum
- Own the feature delivery schedule and ensure clear accountability for work items
- Proactively identify and escalate risks and blockers while maintaining comprehensive documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, or related fields
- Deep familiarity with project management tools such as ADO, Jira, or Confluence
- Working knowledge of Agile or Scrum frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration between creative and technical teams
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in an evolving environment
