Producer 3
Job Summary
To support the Engineering Systems team, the remote Producer 3 will facilitate sprint ceremonies, manage feature delivery schedules, and track risks and dependencies while working PST hours on an 18-month contract.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies and support daily team operations to ensure smooth engineering workflows
- Own the feature delivery schedule and manage work item assignments to align with sprint and milestone plans
- Create and maintain dashboards, calendars, and trackers to enhance planning and execution visibility
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, or as a producer
- Deep familiarity with ADO, Jira, or Confluence for task creation and sprint planning
- Working knowledge of Agile or Scrum frameworks for managing team velocity
- Ability to bridge gaps between creative teams and stakeholders for alignment
- Flexibility and a positive attitude in a dynamic environment
