Job Summary
Responsible for the accurate calculation and analysis of producer commissions, the full-time remote Producer Commission Analyst will manage commission processes, leveraging AI tools for automation and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Calculate, review, and process producer commissions, overrides, and bonuses in accordance with agreements and company policy
- Prepare monthly commission accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations to support financial closing processes
- Develop and maintain commission models and reports for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in commissions, finance, accounting, or payroll, preferably in an insurance context
- High proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on reconciliation and accuracy
- Understanding of insurance commission structures is preferred
