Producer for Virtual Events

Job Summary

To support innovative video and creative content production, the full-time Producer for Virtual Events will manage end-to-end projects focused on virtual and hybrid events, collaborating with clients and technical teams while working remotely if local to Boston.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage video and virtual event productions from pre-production through post, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Serve as the primary client liaison, managing communications and expectations with senior stakeholders throughout the production process
• Develop hands-on generative AI production skills and integrate AI-generated assets into traditional production workflows

Required qualifications

• Minimum of a 4-year degree or comparable industry experience
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role focused on technology strategy
• 3-5 years of professional producing experience in video production or virtual/hybrid events
• Demonstrated familiarity with generative AI video and image tools
• Strong client-facing experience, including managing expectations with senior stakeholders
