Producer Services Readiness Lead

Job Summary

To support the implementation of new business processes, the full-time Producer Services Readiness Lead will coordinate readiness activities, translate requirements into workflows and training materials, and ensure operational feasibility in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for implementing new and changing business-process requirements within Producer Services
• Coordinate and support the operationalization of approved processes, ensuring readiness activities are completed before launch
• Develop and facilitate training for new processes, ensuring staff have access to necessary resources and guidance

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business operations, process implementation, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered
• Demonstrated experience in developing SOPs, workflows, and training materials
• Experience supporting system implementations and facilitating operational training
• Familiarity with CRM, case-management, or related operational systems preferred
