Producer Services Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the Producer Services Specialist will create, analyze, and evaluate producer compliance and compensation transactions for various insurance products while serving as the primary contact for producer licensing and compensation information.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the initial point of entry for all producer licensing and compensation inquiries, handling requests and providing customer service via phone and email
• Manage relationships with internal and external customers to resolve compliance issues and administer compensation programs effectively
• Participate in training new employees and cross-training existing staff while contributing to process improvement initiatives

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant coursework preferred
• 0-4 years of related work experience in contracts, accounting, customer service, or insurance preferred
• Ability to calculate complex commission arrangements using mathematical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Outlook and Excel
• Professional certification such as FLMI or ACS preferred
