Product Analyst

Job Summary

Owning metrics and experimentation, the full-time Product Analyst will manage data quality for SMP and SMD, build dashboards, run A/B tests, and leverage AI tools to enhance analytics processes, with the flexibility to work remotely or from Cyprus.

Key responsibilities

• Own and track key metrics for SMP and SMD products through dashboards and regular reporting
• Launch and analyze experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and deliver conclusions
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across sources while identifying trends and insights for decision-making

Required qualifications

• Daily use of AI coding/analytics tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT) in a professional setting
• Strong SQL skills for reviewing and fixing generated queries
• Proficiency in Python for data cleaning and analysis
• Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical modeling
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Redash, Metabase, Tableau)
