Product Analyst
Job Summary
Joining a dynamic UX team, the remote Product Analyst will analyze customer behavior and product data to enhance search, merchandising, and overall shopping experiences while leading cross-functional initiatives to boost conversion and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Analyzing search, customer behavior, and revenue performance while maintaining dashboards and communicating actionable recommendations
- Improving search relevance and product discovery through data-driven strategies and adjustments
- Developing merchandising strategies for various eCommerce platforms and monitoring catalog quality to enhance the customer experience
Required qualifications
- Experience with product master data management
- Strong knowledge of Excel and analytical skills
- Desire to learn and utilize Python and SQL
- Experience with eCommerce platform back office or PIM systems is a plus
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
