Product Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the modernization of a federal client's legacy loan servicing platform, the full-time remote Product Analyst will conduct current-state analysis, facilitate requirements workshops, and document functional and non-functional requirements while collaborating with product leads and managers.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct current-state analysis and stakeholder interviews to support the legacy platform modernization assessment
- Document business processes, create process maps, and elicit functional and non-functional requirements for loan servicing capabilities
- Build integration maps and analyze data flows to identify requirements gaps and support modernization and decommissioning alternatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree with 7 years of experience, or a high school diploma with 9 years of experience
- Experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, and current-state analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to shift focus between high-priority tasks and lead in ambiguous situations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping and gap analysis
